AI automation for growing businesses
Automate the annoying stuff.
We automate processes in sales, projects, CRM and accounting with AI and tell you honestly upfront whether it pays off.
The situation
Where your time goes today.
The invoice that gets handled four times It arrives by email, lands in a folder, gets typed up and then booked. Four steps nobody needs.
The same questions, every day Your team answers the same questions about status, appointments and prices every day, and the real work waits.
AI, yes. But not with this data You'd like to use AI. But customer data, prices and contracts don't belong in a US tool.
Services
Four building blocks for your AI automation.
Examples
AI process automation: typical workflows.
Customer inquiries
BeforeReading, forwarding and answering every email one by one.
AfterInquiries are sorted, come with a suggested reply and are filed in your CRM.
Company knowledge
BeforeKnowledge is buried in folders, emails and people's heads.
AfterYour team asks an AI assistant that knows your documents and runs on your own servers.
Incoming invoices
BeforePulling them out of emails, typing them up, matching them.
AfterThe invoice is recognized, matched and entered into your accounting. You just review it.
Payment reconciliation
BeforePutting the bank statement next to the invoice list and ticking things off.
AfterPayments are matched to open invoices automatically, and reserves land in the right account on their own.
A closer look
More than automation in the background.
AAI agents & tools
AI your team works with directly.
We also set up AI your team works with directly: your own AI chat that knows your company knowledge, or agents that research, monitor the market or check regulations. Where needed, a person approves the result.

BConnecting via API & MCP
AI only helps if it talks to your software.
We build the connections, even for systems without a ready-made interface. One example is our own MCP server for the project management software Moco.

Bookkeeping
Two workflows handle it. In the first, an AI agent reads incoming invoices and matches them in Lexware. The second moves the VAT and a 15% reserve to sub-accounts at Qonto on every incoming payment. If a receipt is unclear, n8n asks by email. It only continues once a person approves.

Sovereignty
Your data, your call.
You decide where your automation runs. We set it up exactly that way.
On your own servers
Everything stays in-house, including the AI model. This is the right choice for particularly sensitive data.
In a data center of your choice
In Germany or France, for example. We run it for you.
With well-known AI providers
If you prefer, we also connect large AI models.
We work this way ourselves: our CRM, our support chat and our AI run on our own infrastructure.
FAQ
FAQ on AI automation.
Your question isn’t here?
Ask us directly: in the chat at the bottom right or in a free intro call.
Ask a question →Which workflows are suitable for AI automation?
Anything that happens regularly, follows similar patterns and involves digital data: invoices, inquiries, reconciliations, research. Whether it pays off for you, we'll find out in the free AI check.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent completes a task independently over several steps, such as matching invoices or checking regulations. Unlike a chatbot, it works with your software and data.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant. We set up AI that knows your workflows, data and software, and runs wherever you decide.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Each automation can only access the data it needs for its task. Where money or important decisions are involved, the AI makes a suggestion and someone on your team approves it. Every step is logged and can be traced.
Do we need our own IT department for AI automation?
No. We set everything up and take care of day-to-day operation. If you have an IT team, we work closely with them.
Which software does it work with?
Most tools that have an interface, such as Lexware, Qonto, common CRM and ERP systems, and your inbox.
Is AI automation GDPR-compliant?
It can be run in a GDPR-compliant way, because you decide where your data lives, completely on your own servers if you like. Assessing your specific processing remains with you and your data protection officer.
What is n8n?
n8n is an automation platform from Germany that can run on your own servers. That keeps your workflows under your control.
What is MCP?
MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants access your software, such as your CRM or project planning tool. We build our own connections for it.
