Small team. Real projects.
We're a small core team in Hamburg with a network across development, AI, design, photo and video. What matters here is what you can do and how you work with people, not your job title.
Culture
We use what we build Our day-to-day runs on 15 tools we operate ourselves, almost all of them open source. You'll get to know all of them.
Honesty, not agency theater We tell clients when something isn't worth it. That goes for us as a team, too.
Short paths You work directly with the founders, without going through layers of management.
Open positions
You turn our projects, our stack and our day-to-day into content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
You bring AI automation to mid-sized companies: you find the right companies, reach out to them and set up first calls.
10+Network
Are you a freelancer in development, AI, design, photo or video? We bring in specialists depending on the project. Send us your portfolio.
Speculative application
Then apply anyway, for any role. Tell us in a few sentences who you are and what you want to make happen with us. Feel free to add your CV or portfolio. No cover letter needed.
