We want everyone to be able to use our website, with or without assistive technology. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Compliance status
Based on our own review in October 2026, the website largely meets the requirements. We tested automatically with axe-core and by hand, on desktop and on smartphones. There has been no review by an external body so far.
What we do
- The site can be used entirely with a keyboard, with a visible focus and a “Skip to content” link.
- The accessibility icon (a figure in a circle) in the navigation, the menu and at the bottom of every page opens a panel: pause motion, more contrast, larger text. Your choice only applies on your device.
- If you have set reduced motion or more contrast in your operating system, we apply it automatically.
- Videos with speech have captions.
- Texts are clearly structured, images have alternative text, and every page exists in German and English.
Known limitations
- The animated example windows (workflows, terminal) contain small text. They illustrate processes; the content is also described in the text next to them.
- Booking and chat run on open source software on our own servers. We can only partly adapt their interface.

Legal framework
As a service provider for businesses, we do not, in our assessment, fall under the obligations of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). We publish this statement voluntarily.
